Rasayan.ai is an AI-powered drug discovery and chemical intelligence platform. By using the Service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rasayan.ai and its associated features (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Rasayan Labs Inc. (“Rasayan Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rasayan.ai (the “Chemical Intelligence Engine”) provides:

• Free text and structure-based search across a database of over 1.3 trillion chemical compounds
• Compound detail pages with molecular properties, 2D/3D structures, and similarity search
• AI-assisted chemical intelligence features including retrosynthesis, ADMET prediction, and drug profiling
• Research tools such as Protein Lab, synthesis planning, and literature search

The Service is provided free of charge for general use. Certain enterprise features (such as ELN integration, document digitization, or private cloud deployment) may require a separate agreement with Rasayan Labs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for scientific, research, and educational purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to search for, identify, or facilitate the synthesis of controlled substances or other illegal materials
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service without prior written permission from Rasayan Labs
• Use automated scripts or bots to submit queries at a volume that degrades the Service for other users
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

The Rasayan.ai platform — including its search algorithms, AI models, user interface, branding, and all software — is the intellectual property of Rasayan Labs Inc. and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

Chemical data displayed on Rasayan.ai is derived from publicly available scientific databases and is provided for informational purposes. Rasayan Labs does not claim ownership of molecular structures or their associated scientific properties.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any proprietary part of the Service without express written permission from Rasayan Labs.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit a novel SMILES string or other chemical identifier to the Service, and that compound is automatically added to the Rasayan.ai index, the underlying molecular data remains in the public domain. Rasayan Labs may retain and use submitted queries to improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rasayan Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components; that search results or compound data are complete, accurate, or fit for any particular scientific or commercial purpose; or that the Service will meet your specific research requirements.

Chemical data provided by Rasayan.ai is for informational purposes only and does not constitute scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, or legal advice. Always verify critical data from authoritative primary sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rasayan Labs Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rasayan Labs Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links and Data

The Service may link to or display data from third-party sources (e.g., PubChem, ChEMBL, ZINC, patent databases). Rasayan Labs does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sources. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Rasayan Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, our users, or third parties.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

You agree that any claim or cause of action relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rasayan Labs Inc. regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
