START WITH THE IMAGE. UNLOCK THE CHEMISTRY.

From a picture.
To your next discovery.

Meet Rasayan OCSR. Bring in a chemical image, recognize its structure on your computer, review the result and place editable chemistry on your canvas.

01

Bring the image.

Open a chemical image and select the structure you want to recognize.

02

Review the chemistry.

Compare the recognized structure with its source before placing it.

03

Keep going.

Edit the molecule, explore its properties or take it into a reaction.

MUCH MORE THAN A DRAWING

A structure is just
the beginning.

Draw a molecule. Explore its properties. Examine its spectra. Build the reaction. Calculate the quantities. Carry it all into your next paper.

One connected workspace for chemistry that moves from an idea to something you can use.

01 / CREATE

Room for your
most complex ideas.

Structures, reactions, peptides and the details that make them yours. Work across tabs, refine your layout and keep the chemistry editable.

⌬

Every bond matters.

Stereochemistry, charges, reaction arrows, atom mapping, abbreviations and templates.

Aa

Start your way.

Draw by hand, work from a chemical name, paste a structure or recognize a chemical image.

↶

Keep the freedom to edit.

Multiple drawings, undo and redo, local saves and familiar scientific file formats.

Look beyond the structure.

See what your
molecule is saying.

Predict proton and carbon NMR, process measured spectra and compare assignments with the structure in front of you.

  • Proton and carbon NMR prediction
  • Measured NMR, IR and mass-spectral workflows
  • Peak picking, integration and structure-linked interpretation

Predicted spectra support interpretation; they are not experimental measurements.

Explore the
possibilities within.

Investigate molecular properties, protonation, pKₐ, tautomers and conformers. Bring computational results back into your chemical workflow.

  • Molecular properties and pKₐ prediction
  • Protonation states and tautomer exploration
  • Conformer generation and comparison

Relative energies describe the calculation, not measured solution populations.

Think in molecules.
Work in collections.

Open multi-record SDF datasets as a compound table. Browse structures with their associated properties and carry selected records into your work.

  • Individual structures with their original data
  • Search, filter and select compound records
  • Structured Excel export

Keep structures and their associated properties together.

ELEMENTS. A NEW PERSPECTIVE.

The periodic table.
In another dimension.

Move between a familiar table and an interactive 3D spiral. Explore periods and element families, inspect atomic information, then choose an element for your drawing.

03 / CALCULATE

From one reaction.
To the whole route.

Your stoichiometry belongs with your chemistry. Build a table for a single reaction, then take a multistage synthesis into the Norm Sheet workspace.

Change the scale.
Keep the relationships.

Work with a limiting reagent, quantities, units, equivalents and yield. Keep a single-stage stoichiometry table alongside the reaction on your canvas.

For multistage work, use Norm Sheets to connect stages, review material requirements and export your calculations.
